An upstream vendor has identified and repaired an issue and Jaris is beginning to see new payment initiations return to normal.

Beginning around 12:30 pm pacific time, Jaris observed an increase in errors occurring when customers attempted to initiate new payments. Teams are investigating and additional information will be posted as we learn more.
