      	Upstream public cloud vendors are beginning to report health improvements that are correlating with reduced error rates across the Jaris platform.  Jaris teams are diligently reviewing system health and working through backlogged activity.

      	We are continuing to see errors occurring across the Jaris platform related to the ongoing recovery efforts by public cloud providers.  We will continue to publish updates as upstream vendors complete recovery operations.

      	Jaris public cloud provider is actively working to mitigate issues that are affecting large portions of the internet.  While Jaris services remain online, we are operating with degraded performance that may be accompanied by an increase in error messages for actions performed on the platform.  Retrying actions may be successful as global cloud providers facilitate recovery.
